The relevant matters are notified as follows. 　　First, by the consensus of the six provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the eastern region, the transfer of live pigs outside the eastern region to continue to implement the transfer management measures: from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2025, in addition to breeding pigs, piglets (weighing 30 kilograms and less and used for fattening), African swine fever and other major animal diseases and epidemic-free zones and epidemic-free districts of live pigs, more than 30 kilograms of commercial pigs outside the eastern region is prohibited from transferring to our province! Fattening, need to enter the province for slaughtering of live pigs, their breeding enterprises can only be transferred to the designated slaughtering enterprises in the province after registration. Specific management methods are described in the Implementing Rules for the Management of Inter-regional "Point-to-Point" Transfer of Live Pigs for the Eastern Region (Eastern Region Joint Defense Office [2023] No. 6, attached). 　　Second, the eligible live pig breeding enterprises outside the eastern region, should be prepared to receive all the qualification materials of the enterprise and the province to receive the slaughtering enterprise, fill in the "for the eastern region of the registration form for live pig breeding enterprises", by the breeding enterprise where the county-level animal health supervision agencies review and approval, reported to the importing county-level animal health supervision agencies to register. 　　Third, the importing county animal health supervision institutions should be outside the eastern region of the pig farming enterprises to provide the relevant qualification materials and "for the eastern region of the pig farming enterprise registration form" seriously review, meet the conditions, be registered in a timely manner, to establish a sound file. If they do not meet the conditions, they will not be registered and the reasons will be explained to the county-level animal health supervisory organization where the enterprise is located or to the applicant. 　　Each place should arrange a person responsible for the registered pig farming enterprises outside the region of the province, the enterprise name, address, contact information and the province to receive slaughtering enterprises and other information through the Shandong intelligent animal husbandry big data platform "animal quarantine electronic certificate → transport management → point-to-point filing and registration" module entered into the information registration system 　　Fourth, the import or transit of live pigs in epidemic-free zones in our province, need to comply with the relevant provisions of the management of epidemic-free zones at the same time. 　　V. Each region should effectively strengthen the supervision of the transfer of live pigs across the region, strictly check the quarantine, registration, testing and transport vehicles for the record and other supporting materials, supervise the implementation of farms and households to land report and isolation and observation system, slaughterhouses to implement the entry inspection, "for the eastern region of the review of the transfer of live pigs form" recycling retention of the system, and other systems, and joint traffic, public security and other departments to crack down on all kinds of illegal and irregular transfer behavior, to ensure that the standardized and orderly transfer of live pigs. The transportation of live pigs is standardized and orderly. 　　Sixth, after the issuance of this notice, the original "Shandong Provincial Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine on the implementation of the management measures related to the transfer of live pigs across the region of the notice" (RuMuDongHuaWeiCenterFa 〔2021〕 No. 12) is no longer implemented. The previous document about the management measures of inter-regional transfer of live pigs is inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail. 　　Please give us timely feedback on any comments and suggestions in the work of each region.
